KANANGRA CAMPING EXPEDITIONS

Kanangra Boyd National park is situated 3 hours from Syndey. It is home to some of the biggest canyons in Australia. The names Kanangra Main, Danae Brook, Kalang Falls and Dione Dell sound out.

Whilst day trips from the Blue Mountains are possible they are committing 12–18 hour affairs, at least. An expedition style trip let you slow down, to camp in the wilderness and experience the fullness of the environment. We camp by a river with a fully provisioned base camp including a Tipi hot tent with fireplace, a gourmet BBQ for evening meals, tents, bedding and all technical gear.

Our suggested format is arriving the prior evening, enjoying a relaxing camp setting and completing the objective the next day. You can choose a single overnight trip or multiple days of canyoning.

This experience is available for private groups and individuals who have left an expression of interest. We are happy to discuss arrangements and accommodate the needs of any group.

EXPECTATIONS: Expeditions are challenging. At times you may experience periods of fatigue, fear, uncertainty or discomfort. There are no home style amenities.
